1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SoftKey Store website ("Website") and purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase any products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Website and make purchases. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Services

SoftKey Store sells digital software license keys and subscriptions, including but not limited to:

  • Windows 11 Pro license keys
  • Windows 11 Home license keys
  • Windows 10 Pro license keys
  • Office 365 original account activations
  • Microsoft 365 Personal subscriptions
  • Microsoft 365 ProPlus subscriptions

All products are delivered digitally via email. License keys and account credentials are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency).
  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment processors.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation.
  • In rare cases of high demand or technical issues, delivery may take up to 1 hour.
  • License keys are delivered to the email address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.
  • If you do not receive your order within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

6. License Key Usage

  • Each Windows license key is valid for activation on one (1) PC unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • Microsoft 365 subscriptions may be installed on multiple devices as specified in the product listing.
  • License keys are for personal or business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.
  • We are not responsible for activation issues caused by hardware incompatibility, unsupported systems, or user error.
